Some changes can be made almost immediately, but others may take a little more time. Below are some things we have changed.

I was trying to find directions to the New Teignmouth cemetery, but could not find the postcode for the sat nav or directions anywhere.
We added Google maps to each of the cemetery pages, people can now get directions even though cemeteries do not have postcodes.

|Parking||You wanted maps showing where the car parks, the prices of the car parks and what types of vehicle can park there||We added a map with all the car parks on, including the prices and vehicles types. We also reorganised all the parking pages to make finding the information easier|
|All departments||Junior officers should not handle complaints|
Complaints are now passed to Senior Officers to deal with
You wanted rooms where you could speak in private to council officers.
We now provide six private rooms and three more are planned to go live shortly.
Some officer's telephones just ring and ring
We now have all telephones either diverted or on voicemail
|Benefits and Council Tax||you want problems on Benefits and Council Tax resolved whilst you are visiting the Council Offices.|
We now resolve as many problems as possible whilst people are in the Council Offices and we can talk face to face.

We now employ extra people to help us through our busy times.
|Car Parking||The park location maps are poor quality and not large enough||We created new maps which enlarge when clicked on|
|Leisure Centres||The swimming timetable format was difficult for some users to read||As well as having downloadable versions on the main leisure centre pages there is also a link to a page with the programme listed, this can then be printed off in a large text format if necessary.|
|Recycling||We found many people still refer to the Recycling centre as 'The Tip' and had trouble finding the information||We ensured the word 'tip' comes top of the search and added it to the A-Z and the title of the web page|
|Committees||Difficulty finding Planning Committee reports and minutes||Added the search terms, Agenda, Meetings, Minutes and Committees to the A-Z|
